Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact Forms

By completing any of the contact, take-down request, or opt-in forms the sender's IP address is logged to help with spam detection and forgery of other visitors.

Cookies and Local Storage

This site does not set any cookies of its own.

Instead, we store a small amount of data in your browser's local storage, which stays on your device and is never sent to us automatically. This is used for:

• Signing in. If you create an account, your login session token is kept in local storage so you stay signed in between visits. Signing out removes it.
• Your display preference. Your light/dark theme choice.
• Game and story progress. Saves, progress and settings for the visual novel and browser games hosted on this site.

Unlike cookies, this data has no fixed expiry date — it stays until you clear your browser's site data, which you can do at any time from your browser settings.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Some pages embed video players and images hosted by other companies — principally YouTube, and Discord for profile images. These third parties do set their own cookies and can track your interaction with that embedded content, exactly as if you had visited their website directly. This happens under their privacy policies, not ours, and we have no control over it.

If you sign in using Discord, Google or GitHub, that sign-in provider will also set cookies during the login process.

Analytics

We do not run any analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

We do not sell, lease, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties unless otherwise stated below.

We maintain records of your purchases, downloads, the content you have provided us with, your requests, agreements between you and Ignite, the products and services provided to you, payment and delivery details, your contacts and communications and other interactions with us. We may, in accordance with applicable law, record your communication with our customer care or with other such contact points. We also may share information with third-parties to facilitate certain services, such information includes but not limited to Name, Address, etc.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
